Nagico Introduces Online Payment Options
For the convenience of its customers, The National General Insurance Corporation NAGICO has just placed online, direct debit and standing order payment options at its customers' fingertips. Customers may now pay their NAGICO premiums online by logging on to the WIB@home Online Service.
The procedure is rather simple: all a customer has to do is log on to the bank's online portal, select NAGICO Insurance NV from the list of participating companies and proceed following the online prompts. Chief Accountant Dilys Alphonso made the announcement to agents recently, explaining, "Our aim is to ensure that customers are able to do their NAGICO business with the greatest convenience.
We like making things easy for our customers. Windward Islands Bank, Scotiabank and RBTT are all on board with the direct debit and standing order payment option." Alphonso further explained the details the customer should have ready when making the payments via these methods. She said, "Customers should include their policy number(s) and full name on the transaction." She concluded, "NAGICO is always looking for ways in which it can improve the customer experience and this is one of the steps we are making in that regard for 2008."
